Orthostatic Headache after Lumbar Injection - Two Case Reports -

Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose: The literature on Orthostatic Headache after Lumbar Injection have been no reports in Korea orthopedic society.
Materials and Methods: The patients were underwent Ultrasound-guided facet joint block in the Outpatient Clinics. After Ultrasound-guided facet joint block, the patient complained of Orthostatic Headache.
Results: One case was improved after hydration and epidural blood patch. Another case was improved after hydration and bed rest.
Conclusion: Facet joint block can make Orthostatic Headache, we also condicer about Orthostatic Headache, after facet joint clock.
